Sunmbo Adeoye, one of the mothers of legendary singer 2baba’s kids, is celebrating their son, Zion, following his matriculation.
Kemi Filani reported a week ago that Zion had been admitted to Pan-Atlantic University. The proud mother shared the good news on her Instagram page, along with photos from his matriculation. She noted how her son earned it and congratulated him on his new milestone.
Still on it, Sunmbo shared more photos from her matriculation on her Instagram page, as she cheered on to new beginnings and a fresh start. Sunmbo praised her son for being a huge inspiration.

Recall that last year, Sunmbo expressed pride in Zion after his graduation. Present at the graduation ceremony were 2baba, his mum, Rose Idibia, his two daughters with ex-wife Annie Idibia—Isabella and Olivia, his junior brother Charles Idibia, Sunmbo Adeoye and her pastor husband Pastor Adeoye and Nino Idibia, the brother of Zion.
Speaking out after his graduation, Sunmbo described it as a significant milestone for his family and revealed that he bagged five awards in one day. She stated that her son didn’t just finish Secondary school but dominated it.
In May, Sunmbo Adeoye had expressed her pride in Zion’s elder brother, Nino, as he graduated with flying colours from Bible School. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Sunmbo noted how she went from being a student to a faculty member and was now a proud mother.
In April, Sunmbo had celebrated Zion Idibia’s 17th birthday at a restaurant and a cinema. She thanked God for the gift and wished him a happy birthday
In 2024, to celebrate his 16th birthday, Sunmbo expressed how proud she was of him as she poured praise on him. Describing his heart as beautiful, she noted how content he is and expressed how much she loves his sense of humour and wisdom and how he never asks for anything.
