THE Zamfara State House of Assembly has lost one of its lawmakers, Hon. Aminu Ibrahim Kasuwar-Daji, who represented the Kaura Namoda South Constituency.
He was reported to have passed away in his sleep during the early hours yesterday.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State has expressed profound grief over the unexpected passing of the legislator.
In a statement issued by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Yusuf Idris, the APC State Working Committee, party executives, and supporters mourned Hon. Kasuwar-Daji, describing him as a devoted, upright, and God-fearing man who served his constituency and humanity with unwavering dedication.
The party offered its sincere condolences to his immediate family, the people of Kaura Namoda South, and fellow members of the State Assembly. They prayed for Allah to grant him eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus and to comfort all those affected by his passing.
Hon. Kasuwar-Daji is scheduled to be laid to rest today at 3:00 p.m. in his hometown, Kasuwar-Daji, located in Kaura Namoda Local Government Area.
