18 seater bus carrying prospective NYSC members from Adeyemi federal University of Education (AFUED) ondo state, crashed on their way to NYSC orientation camp in Gombe state. Only two survived. It was a sad day for the NYSC family today.
This is heartbreaking. These were sons and daughters with hopes, ambitions, and a future they were ready to build. Losing them in this manner is a pain no family or community should experience.
We pray for strength for their families, comfort for their loved ones, and healing for the survivors.
May their souls find rest, and may God protect every serving and prospective corps member across the country.
This is truly a dark moment, and our hearts are heavy.
