According to attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who represents Liza Gardner, Hall has been officially unreachable. So unreachable, in fact, that Blackburn is now seeking court permission to serve Hall via newspaper publication — a legal last resort used when someone simply can’t be found.

“I believe that service by publication is now the only remaining option to provide notice of this lawsuit to Mr. Hall,” Blackburn said in a formal statement. “We have effectively exhausted all reasonable methods of locating him.”

Back in November 2023, Liza Gardner filed a civil lawsuit accusing both Diddy and Aaron Hall of sexually assaulting her when she was just 16 years old — during the early ‘90s, at a music industry event reportedly connected to MCA Records. Gardner alleges that Diddy provided her with alcohol and coerced her into performing sexual acts at Hall’s New Jersey apartment. The most disturbing detail? She says Hall later “burst into the room,” assaulted her further, and left her shocked and traumatized.

It’s harrowing — and unfortunately part of a much larger wave of lawsuits and allegations now surrounding Diddy, whose empire has begun to unravel under the weight of decades-old accusations surfacing in real time.

But Aaron Hall’s role in this story has been less front-page… until now.
