Reality TV star, Josephina Otabor Ijeoma, popularly known as Phyna, has declared her support for activist, Omoyele Sowore ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate made her position known on Tuesday through a post on X, formerly Twitter, where she asked if Sowore would be contesting again.
Naijaonpoint reports that she indicated interest in backing his candidacy, stating that based on recent observations, even Peter Obi no longer meets her expectations.
She described the former African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate as the only one who currently looks like a hopeful option for Nigeria.
“Is @YeleSowore going to contest in 2027? If yes, sir I am personally ready. Because from what I just saw even obi is not a saint.
sowore is looking like our only hope at this point.

In a related development, Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has warned President Bola Tinubu not to be distracted by talks over the 2027 general election.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday evening, the movie producer, who is a staunch supporter of the president, said 2027 is still two years away.
Naijaonpoint reports that he advised Tinubu to focus on tackling insecurity and the rising cost of living as these are the most important issues.
