2nd HYPREP Water Tank Project Collapsed In Ebubu Eleme, Floods Homes

Residents of Obolo Ebubu-Eleme in Rivers State were thrown into panic when a large water tank belonging to the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) suddenly collapsed, sending a rush of water into nearby houses.
