Meech was indicted on drug trafficking charges and sentenced to 30 years in prison back in 2005. His sentence was reduced to 27 to years by U.S. District Judge David M. Lawson in June 2021. After being released from jail, Big Meech was seen hanging out with rapper Rick Ross, who had been beefing with 50 Cent for years. The New York rapper recently announced the final season of BMF, and many believe it’s tied to the feud. Rick Ross is scheduled to perform at Meech’s “Welcome Back” party next week. The Meech-hosted event is scheduled for Feb. 13, and Rick Ross, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Sexyy Red, Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, Kodak Black, Est Gee, Tee Grizzley, and Boosie will all be performing.
