A mother’s heart: Iyabo Ojo praises Juma Jux for loving her daughter
Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has showered praises on Tanzanian singer, Juma Jux, for loving and standing by her daughter, Priscilla Ojo.
This comes as they sign the dotted lines in a civil wedding today, February 13.
The movie star, who could not hide her joy, expressed deep gratitude to Jux, calling him “my son” as she welcomed him into the family.
In her emotional message, she reflected on her struggles as a single mother and how faith had seen her through tough times.
“Years ago, I’d say, ‘You’ll pass through tunnels, but have faith; there’s light ahead.’ I was preaching to myself, building my own faith. And I’m glad that many of you, especially single mothers, have found hope and inspiration in my journey,” she wrote.
For the ‘Real Housewives of Lagos’ star, Jux is more than just a son-in-law. She openly expressed her gratitude, stating that his presence in their lives is an answered prayer.
“Today, I’m proud to say that my faith has been rewarded. I thank God for bringing an amazing son, @juma_jux, into our family. You’re not just a son-in-law; you’re MY SON. Thank you for loving my daughter, Priscilla, and for being an incredible man,” she added.
Ojo also took a moment to celebrate her daughter, Priscilla, who is a media personality and entrepreneur. The proud mother did not hold back her admiration for her child, expressing how much she appreciated her.
“@its.priscy, my adorable daughter, I’m so super proud of you for making me proud. Thank you for being an amazing and wonderful daughter. Your new home is blessed, and your children shall make you proud too, my jewel of inestimable value ” she gushed.
The actress also extended her appreciation to fans and well-wishers who had shown love to the family during this joyous moment.
“To everyone who is happy for us, I thank you for celebrating with us. May joy and happiness never cease in your homes. May you witness greatness and mighty things in your children’s lives. And when they celebrate, may you not be found wanting.,” she prayed.
