Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo Salami is celebrating his birthday today, December 31st, 2024.

Taking to his Instagram page to share a blurry photo of himself, he expressed gratitude to his Maker as he stated that this new age is one filled with grace, growth and gratitude.

“Alhamdulilah… All thanks to Almighty Allah SWT. for a new year of grace, growth and gratitude”.

As expected, his colleagues flooded their timelines with birthday messages to him.

Femi Adebayo celebrates birthday

It has been a winning year for Femi Adebayo as the talented actor has been getting several awards and recognition. Since the release of his first movie, Jagun Jagun on Netflix, he has undoubtedly made a mark for himself in the world of Filmmaking. In October, Adebayo was quite elated as his 2023 movie, Jagun Jagun bagged 7 nominations at the 2024 AMAA.

In November, he won big at the Best of Nollywood awards where he bagged 4 awards for his 2023 movie, Jagun Jagun. He won the Best Actor award, Best Use of Costume, Best Art Design, and Best Use of Effect, which he dedicated to the people of Kwara state.

A week later, he won another award at Odunlade Adekola Film Production Award ceremony.

Opening up on the movie in an interview with the press, the box office King revealed that he sold his properties to fund the movie, which is a multi-billion project, because he didn’t want to seek help from financial institutions and individuals. Elsewhere in the interview, he revealed his worst nightmare and its inspiration.
