“About to step into the next chapter of my life” – Basketmouth announces, two years after divorce

Award-winning comedian Bright Okpocha, better known as Basketmouth, is set to unveil his mystery woman.

Taking to his Instagram page to share loved-up photos of him with media personality, Victoria Eze, Basketmouth stated that it is time to step into the next chapter of his life. He teases his fans and followers that he has a big announcement tomorrow.

Early this year, Kemi Filani reported that an Instagram blogger had unveiled Victor as the lady allegedly behind Basketmouth’s crashed marriage. According to the blogger, the two have been having an affair and are still going strong following his separation from his wife and the mother of his kids.

A netizen identified as See Places With Ada pointed out how the lovebirds are currently working on a project and the blogger revealed that the movie they were working on was about their love story.

Kemi Filani dug further and noticed that in November of 2023, Basketmouth had publicly appreciated her, describing her as the most creative mind behind his projects. He appreciated her for all she did for him and his brand.

In 2022, Basketmouth announced the end of his marriage with Elsie on his Instagram page. He assured to peacefully co-parent with her in caring for their children and pleaded with the public to respect their privacy.

Last year, Elsie gave a hint to the cause of her crashed marriage as she advised women with cheating spouses. She noted how a woman could be beautiful, sexy, and could have all good qualities, and yet their men would still cheat.

In May of this year, she addressed overzealous netizens, advising her to go back to her husband as she expressed that nobody enters a marriage to leave and that for a woman to walk out of her marriage means she must have exhausted all her patience and tried every possible thing to make sure that it works. She warned people to mind their business and know that a marriage ending is not from lack of trying.
