Nollywood actress Bimbo Afolayan has recalled the promise her husband, Okiki Afolayan, made to her during their courtship as they celebrate their 7th wedding anniversary.
Taking to her Instagram to share lovely photos of herself, her husband, and their two daughters, she noted how their love started like a gist when they decided to grow old together, nurturing everything they’ve built together.
Bimbo revealed that her husband, Okiki, told her he is a simple man who wants to live every day of his life freely doing what he loves doing best, but he promised peace and forever.
The Yoruba actress described Okiki as the man God had handpicked for her, as the past seven years have been filled with laughter, quiet strength, and morning light. She noted how her husband loves her in a way that softens storms and makes room for his wings to spread. She expressed gratitude to her Maker for giving her a peaceful man and a happy family.
