Kemi Filani reported that the actor, who died last month, has been laid to rest in his hometown in Enugu State. As expected, some of his colleagues had stormed the burial to pay their last respects to the talented actor. On her Instagram page, Queen Wokoma has shared photos of herself and some of her colleagues at his funeral. The actress had worn a short black gown, leggings and a jacket. Reacting to the backlash, Queen shared a screenshot of the inspiration she got for her outfit and slammed her critics for their foolishness. She noted how many of them form fashion gurù, yet they haven’t travelled from their local government. The actor’s burial was in his hometown of Ukehe, in Enugu State. Photos and videos from the funeral made rounds on the internet, and his wife, who was holding their last child, was seen in tears. Recall that his funeral poster had caused controversy as many eagle-eyed fans noticed that on the obituary poster, ‘husband’ was noticeably absent, which left tongues wagging as before his demise, Junior Pope was married to Jennifer Awele, and they have 3 sons. Speaking out, his family made it known that they didn’t authorise the burial poster and later corrected it to include his wife. Despite his demise, his friends and colleagues had marked his first posthumous birthday on May 7th.
