ADC’ ll give priority to youths, women, says Dep. Nat. Chairman

Malam Jafar Sani, Deputy National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) North West, says  the party will prioritise youths and women in its efforts to secure a better future for Nigeria.

Sani made this disclosure on Friday in Gusau, Zamfara, while inaugurating the newly elected National Executive officials from the state.

He said that the party had made significant provisions for youths and women in leadership positions at various levels.

“I am therefore calling on youths and women in Zamfara to join the ADC coalition with good faith.

“We are very impressed with large crowd of ADC supporters in Zamfara especially youths and women,” he said.

He disclosed that the party would soon commenced nationwide registration of new members.

“Youths and women as good ambassadors of the party, you should continue to mobilise people to join the coalition party.

“I urge you to always remain united and law-abiding while conducting the party’s activities at all levels.

“We want you to continue to be patient, we urge you to try to endure all the challenges as opposition party.

“As good Nigerians, we should work towards promoting changes for better future of our dear country”, he explained.

Earlier, the state ADC Chairman, Kabiru Garba commended the national leadership of the party for the visit to Zamfara.

Garba said: “the ADC coalition has come to stay in Zamfara without fear of intimidation or harassment”.

According to him, the ADC is recording serious progress in Zamfara with many good Nigerians willing to join the party.

“We are always receiving people willing to join the party.

“As party leaders, we will continue to mobilise and receive them to move our party forward”, Garba said.(NAN)
