“Address me well now” – Anita Joseph tells Nigerians as she bags doctorate in humanity (Video)

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has issued a public service announcement to Nigerians following her new feat as a doctorate holder.

The actress-turned-Jesus advocate, via her Instagram page, revealed that she had been awarded a Doctorate in humanity. The movie star revealed that her sister was awarded a doctorate in Philosophy as well.

Expressing excitement over it, she issued a PSA, admonishing the public to start addressing her well.

Anita will add to the list of celebrities conferred with a Doctorate this year. Early this month, Yoruba actress Laide Bakare bagged a Doctorate Degree in Arts & Humanities from the American University of Peace and Governance, USA. The movie star stated that it was official for people to address her as a Dr.

Also this month, veteran actors Adebayo Salami, Jide Kosoko, and Patience Ozokwo were honored with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Theatre and Media Arts from Achievers Networks Academy, UK. This was to celebrate their illustrious careers and contributions to the entertainment industry.

Early this year, controversial actress, Nkechi Blessing had bagged a doctorate in Real Estate management. She had also issued a stern warning to the public and media outlets, letting them know that with her new status, she wouldn’t hesitate to sue anyone who defames her in public.

In December 2023, Biola Bayo bagged a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian leadership and business from Georgia University. Sharing the good news on her Instagram page, she reintroduced herself as Dr Abiola Adebayo Akinrinde.

Talented actor, Lateef Adedimeji was also honored with a Doctor of Philosophy in Arts and Culture from Estam University. Speaking on it, he revealed that he was moved to tears as he had never been interested in fame, and only wanted to be happy in his craft and the lives that he.

To add to it, Gabriel Afolayan had bagged a doctorate from the same university as Lateef. Expressing gratitude to the University, he promised to keep shaping the world positively with his Art.
