Nigerian music star Davido is catching up on lost times with his first daughter, Imade.
It is no longer that the superstar singer has been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with his ex-girlfriend, Sophia Momodu, since 2022.
On Wednesday night, Davido announced that he has finally reunited with his mini-me as he shared photos of him with Imade. The music star declared it the best day of his life.
In a clip making rounds, Imade was captured checking out her father’s new Cyber Truck, which he took delivery of earlier this week. In the clip, Imade was sitting in the driver’s seat as she tried out the controls and savoured the push interior of the car.
Davido, who is ecstatic, stood by and watched his daughter quietly explore the futuristic car.

Sophia is currently in a bitter custody battle with her famous baby daddy. In June, last year, Davido filed a lawsuit, demanding joint custody of Imade as he claimed Sophia was denying him access to her and was extorting money from him, which she denied. A week later, she had opposed his joint custody battle, citing the death of his son, among others, as reasons the singer is unfit to raise their daughter on his own.
Recall that things turned sour between Davido and Sophia after the singer publicly declared love for his now wife, Chioma Rowland, and reunited with her. This left Sophia infuriated, and she shared a post about a cat not taking rubbish from a dog. She later went on an extensive rant, accusing him of financially abusing her.
