According to our reporter, an elderly Kenyan woman has stirred emotions online after revealing that she is returning home after 11 years in the United States with nothing to show for it.
She said she moved to America to work as a nanny after losing everything during the 2007 post-election crisis in Kenya.
After six years, she claimed God instructed her to abandon paid work and focus fully on preaching. Since then, she has lived entirely on the kindness of people she ministers to, without owning a home or saving money.
Now ready to return to Kenya, she hopes compassionate supporters can help raise KSh400,000 to make her journey possible. Watch full report
