Victor Osimhen’s future has been thrown into fresh uncertainty after reports emerged that a couple of Saudi Arabian clubs are preparing major bids for the Galatasaray striker, Footynaija.com reports.

According to sources in the Saudi press as per Milliyet, reigning Pro League champions Al Hilal have set their sights on the Nigerian international, who is currently on loan from Napoli.

Al Hilal are believed to be preparing a staggering package worth €107 million (£91m) to lure Osimhen to the Middle East, including a €77 million guaranteed transfer fee and a €30 million signing bonus.

Al Hilal are not alone in their pursuit.

Rivals Al Ittihad are also said to be keen on the 26-year-old and are reportedly ready to meet Napoli’s asking price of €75 million to secure his services once his loan spell at Galatasaray ends this summer.

Despite the mounting interest, it is understood that Osimhen has yet to make a definitive decision regarding his next move.

But while there are indications that Osimhen favours a move to England, recent reports suggest his biggest Premier League admirers, including Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal, are no longer interested in getting a deal done.

Osimhen’s wage demands are believed to be the reason he is being snubbed.

In the meantime, the Nigerian remains focused on helping Galatasaray as they chase domestic and European success under manager Okan Buruk.

Osimhen has been in sensational form this season, scoring 30 goals and providing seven assists across 35 appearances for the Turkish giants. His performances have only added to his appeal among top clubs globally.

The powerful forward, whose contract with Napoli runs until June 30, 2026, is currently valued at around €70 million (£59m) according to Transfermarkt.
