Alleged 2Pac K*ller Keefe D Files Motion to Dismiss Charges

Duane “Keefe D” Davis, the man in jail awaiting trial for the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur, is trying to get the case against him thrown out of court.

Davis’ attorney filed a motion, claiming that his client’s constitutional rights have been violated because of a prosecution delay of 27 years.

His attorney also alleges a lack of corroborating evidence and a failure to honor immunity agreements granted by federal and local authorities.

“The prosecution has failed to justify a decades-long delay that has irreversibly prejudiced my client,” his attorney, Carl Arnold, said in a news release. “Moreover, the failure to honor immunity agreements undermines the criminal justice system’s integrity and seriously questions this prosecution.”

Keefe, who has confessed multiple times to being connected to Tupac’s 1996 murder, denies shooting 2Pac but has admitted to being in the vehicle with the shooter at the time of the murder.

Wack 100 offered to pay his $750,000 bail, but the judge rejected the bail, alleging she was suspicious of the source of the funds.
