Controversial media personality, Daddy Freeze, has lamented his inability to properly bond with his children for almost 10 years.

Naijaonpoint reports that Freeze made this known in a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwu, while discussing faith, family, and personal struggles.

Speaking about his children from his previous marriage to Benedicta Elechi, Daddy Freeze said the last time he spent with them was under five minutes of supervision.

He said, “She said if I’m not going to pay school fees, I’m not going to see the kids. Last time I saw them, it was just five minutes supervised. Am I a murderer?”

He also recalled how his pastor told him he could attend service but would have to “sit at the back” after his divorce.

Speaking on faith, Daddy Freeze stated that prayer is “not even in the top 10 most important things” as a Christian.

Freeze also spoke about his friendship with Instagram influencer Hushpuppi, explaining that he was one of the few who stood by him when many pastors and friends distanced themselves due to his criticism of the church.

Meanwhile, Daddy Freeze recently alleged that he received death threats years ago for criticising Nigerian pastors.

In a recent episode of The Honest Bunch podcast, Daddy Freeze, who is the co-host, explained that the death threats were extended to members of his family.

He further asserted that his outspoken criticism of Nigerian pastors emboldened others to demand accountability from clerics nationwide.
