The countdown for the Artiste Managers Association in Nigeria (AMAN) 30th anniversary and the second edition of the association’s awards dubbed AMAN Awards 2025, which promises to be the biggest and best event yet has begun.
Scheduled for November 26, 2025, at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, the milestone celebration will bring together artiste managers from across Nigeria. Addressing newsmen at AMAN Lekki, Lagos Secretariat, the President, Collins Ifeanyi Onwuneme Ajereh Enebeli, also known as Mavin Grandpa Worldwide (MGW), hinted that the 30th anniversary and 2025 awards is expected to surpass previous editions..
He stated that as the umbrella body for artiste managers in the country, AMAN is open to all genres and creative industry professionals, aiming to enhance their skills and promote professional artiste management.
Ajereh Enebeli emphasized that all artiste managers and aspiring professionals should register with AMAN to network, collaborate, and stay updated on modern trends in artiste management. This, he noted, will contribute to developing a professional artiste management culture in Nigeria.
According to him, AMAN’s three-decade journey has helped many artiste managers achieve their goals, and the association continues to promote excellence in the field. He stated that the upcoming event will feature a keynote lecture, workshops, project unveilings, an award ceremony, live music entertainment, and more.
“Artiste management is a very intricate business and only people with the requisite education and expert knowledge can excel in it. It is a serious dynamic business management effort which employs the activation of social science skills, reason we continue to rally everyone interested in making an excellent career out of it.
“An artiste manager is a business manager who pulls in all arms of business administration and management including finance and investment, marketing, accounting, statistics, management etc for the benefit of his artiste and ultimately himself because of his huge investment,” the AMAN president said.
With various activities planned, the AMAN 30th anniversary and awards ceremony promises to be an exciting celebration of Nigeria’s creative industry.
