His versatility has been crucial for manager Marco Silva, who has deployed him across multiple positions, including both wings, central midfield, and even as a right wing-back. Iwobi’s safety will also be of concern to national team head coach Eric Chelle as Nigeria prepare for two World Cup qualifiers this month. The Fulham playmaker will be key as Chelle look to guide the Super Eagles to victories over Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
