The All Progressives Congress (APC) has elected Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda as the party’s new National Chairman.
The APC confirmed Yilwatda’s appointment in a post on its official X account following the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on Thursday.
“Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda has been elected as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the 14th meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Party,” ... read.
Yilwatda replaces Abdullahi Ganduje, the former Governor of Kano State who resigned as the APC National Chairman earlier this month.
