Jigawa State Government Begins Recruitment of Medical Doctors into Civil Service, read details on how to apply below…

Naijaonpoint Media reports that the Jigawa State Ministry of Health has officially announced the commencement of a fresh recruitment exercise for qualified medical doctors to join the State Civil Service.

In a public notice issued this week, the ministry invited eligible medical professionals from across Nigeria to apply for available positions within the state health system.

According to the notice, applicants must hold an MBBS degree from a medical school recognised by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). A valid and current MDCN practising licence is also required, in addition to proof of completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or a valid certificate of exemption.

The ministry emphasized that the opportunity is open to Nigerian medical practitioners nationwide, stating:

“Applications are invited from all Nigerians across the states of the Federation.”

Interested candidates are expected to submit the following documents online via the official recruitment portal: www.moh.jg.gov.ng

After uploading the required documents, applicants should click on the “Apply Now” button to complete their submission.

Application Deadline

The deadline for submission of applications is Wednesday, 17th July 2025.

According to the ministry, successful candidates will be invited for interviews within one week of the publication of this notice. Offers of appointment will be issued immediately following the interview process.
