ENGLAND and Arsenal forward with Nigerian heritage Saka is engaged to his girlfriend of five years Tolami Benson, The Sun newspaper has reported.
The English tabloid, citing ‘insiders’ said the England and Arsenal star proposed during a romantic date at a top London hotel.
Saka and Tolami, both 24, have been together since 2020.
A source told The Sun: “Bukayo went all out for the proposal – and the ring he chose is absolutely enormous.
“He’d organised a special night at a top London hotel and proposed there.
“It was incredibly special and Tolami was totally blown away.”
Saka and Tolami, both of Nigerian heritage, first got together back in 2020 but have kept their romance out of the spotlight.
The pair went public at the World Cup in Doha in 2022 when Tolami was seen cheering on Saka from the stands with her fellow WAGs (wives and girlfriends).
She also supported Saka at Euro 2024, with Tolami spotted wearing a jacket with the number 87 printed onto it – a nod to the first shirt number he wore when he got into the first team for Arsenal.
The pair were also pictured enjoying a pitchside kiss following England’s 0-0 draw against Slovenia in June.
