WATCH THE VIDEO HERE We already know that ASUS will announce its new flagship smartphones on November 19. Well, it was not also confirmed that the ASUS ROG Phone 9 will feature a 185Hz display refresh rate. This fact was not confirmed directly by the company, though. It was confirmed by Digital Chat Station, one of the best-known tipsters out there. He said that he had the chance to use the ROG Phone 9 series phone. The tipster clearly said that the device will feature an LTPO AMOLED display with a 185Hz refresh rate. He did not specifically mention the ‘Pro’ model, though it’s possible that feautre will be reserved for the ‘Pro’ unit. We’ll see. He also said that the display on the phone is flat, and that the device is IP68 certified. The Snapdragon 8 Elite was also mentioned, though that’s something we knew already, as it was confirmed by ASUS. AI features were mentioned too. Speaking of the ASUS ROG Phone 9, we already know what it will look like. ASUS itself showed it off, so the design is not in question at this point. It will resemble its predecessor, though it won’t be the same. We’ll get a second display on the back. It will be implemented in the bottom portion of the phone’s back. A triple camera setup will sit inside the camera island, and you’ll once again get shoulder triggers. We’re sure that a ton of gaming features will be included here, as that’s a gaming phone after all. Advanced cooling is also expected, along with plenty of RAM. Chances are ASUS will go for LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage. The ASUS ROG Phone 9 and ROG Phone 9 Pro are expected. At least that’s what ASUS did with the ROG Phone 8 series. We’ll have to wait for November 19 in order to be sure, however. The press event will kick off at noon CET / 11 AM BST / 6 AM EST / 3 AM PST.The ASUS ROG Phone 9 series to come with a 185Hz refresh rate display
