THE Former Abia State Governor and current senator representing Abia North, Orji Uzor Kalu, has expressed strong confidence in President Bola Tinubu’s chances of securing re-election in 2027.
Speaking during an interview today, Kalu stated that former President Goodluck Jonathan, ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi would be unable to defeat Tinubu in the upcoming general elections.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain commended the President’s performance, saying Tinubu has made significant progress in stabilising and improving the Nigerian economy.
Kalu also advised former President Jonathan against returning to the presidential race, warning that the constitution bars him from contesting again.
