A Battlefield 6 player recently got to witness a chaotic incident involving one of the game’s drivable helicopters while during a round of multiplayer. Battlefield 6 just launched to rave reviews and record-breaking player counts, and there have naturally been some noteworthy player encounters right out of the gate.
One such example comes from Twitter user SQUiD_1337, who shared a brief clip of another Battlefield 6 player trying (and failing) to land an attack helicopter in a desert warzone. Instead of a smooth landing, the unlucky pilot crashes into several buildings before colliding with the ground in a fiery explosion, all while SQUiD_1337 fruitlessly cheers them on.
Battlefield 6 Pilot Suffers Rough Landing
Funny Gameplay Clips Are Being Shared On Launch Weekend
SQUiD_1337’s destructive yet humorous clip has gained some decent traction on Twitter, where other users have shared their own experiences in trying to land Battlefield 6‘s helicopters and other air-based vehicles. Battlefield 6 has eight different vehicle classes, each with different variations.
Half of these classes are dedicated to the sky, so there will probably be plenty more crashes in store for Battlefield 6 players. Sure enough, many gamers have already recalled rocky landings and wrecked buildings in not only the most recent entry in the Battlefield series, but past installments as well.
Battlefield 6 Is Already A Smash Hit
Servers Have Struggled To Keep Up With High Traffic
Questionable piloting skills and widespread property damage aside, Battlefield 6 has been met with largely positive responses and overwhelmingly high player counts in just its first day since launch. Battlefield 6‘s Steam numbers have already surpassed Call of Duty‘s all-time peaks, and EA’s servers have struggled all day to keep up with the numerous gamers trying to log on.
Indeed, Battlefield 6 is on track to having one of the biggest launch weekends for a first-person shooter in recent memory, meaning that there will be even more chances for fans to share interesting secrets and wild encounters on social media.
Battlefield 6‘s impressive environmental destruction makes these aircraft mishaps as mesmerizing to look at as they are embarrassing for the players, making rounds of Battlefield 6 multiplayer an unpredictable sandbox where one wrong move in the air could prove just as devastating as the enemy forces on the ground below.
