BBNaija: Delta State Governor’s aide, Ossai Ovie Success, accuses organisers of rigging following Dede’s loss, threatens legal action

Ossai Ovie Success accuses Big Brother Naija organisers of rigging after Dede loses Kemi Filani blog

Ossai Ovie Success, the aide to the Delta State Governor, has accused the organisers of Big Brother Naija of rigging the votes after Dede lost to Imisi.

Kemi Filani reported on Sunday night that after 92 days in the house, Imisi emerged the winner of BBNaija Season 10. She beat Dede, Koyin, Sultana, Kola, Jason Jae, Mensan, Kaybobi, and Isabella to emerge the winner.

On his Instagram page, Ossai, who is a fan of Dede, who came first runner up, accused the organisers of robbing her because they didn’t want another Delta contestant to win after Kellyrae, also from Delta, won the previous season.

According to him, Dede deserved to be crowned the winner for making viewers proud, not just because she hails from Delta State. The Governor’s aide said he would be suing the organisers on her behalf, expressing disappointment in the show.

“Dede was r0bbèd by BBNaija organisers because Delta Boy Kellyrae won last year’s season, so they don’t want another Delta to win this year’s edition

She deserves to win the Big Brother Naija show this season, not just a second position.

She is supposed to be the winner, not because she is a Delta girl but because she made everyone who watched the show proud.

I will be suing Big Brother Niaja on behalf of Dede because the voting was rigged

I am disappointed in #BBNS10 #bbnaijaseaon10 #BBNaija

For now, I will be consoling myself with Delta Chef Nnagbogu Ifeyinwa Reetaz Kitchen @chef_reeta, who will be cooking longest Bole at the Bole feast holding in Asaba, October 26, while I work towards hosting Dede in Asaba”.

Ossai has become well-known for his criticism of celebrities and his analysis of trending issues.

In 2022, the governor’s aide raised alarm over the negative influence of crossdresser Bobrisky’s lifestyle on the youths. Ossai called on the Federal government to look into the crossdresser’s lifestyle, which is against the country’s tradition, religion and laws.

In 2023, he called for the rehabilitation of controversial singer, Portable, over his erratic behaviour, which he believes stemmed from drugs and alcohol.

During Davido’s custody battle with his ex, Sophia Momodu, he expressed disappointment in her for using the singer’s tragic loss of his son as a reason to deny him custody of their daughter. According to him, using the death of his son as a justification is insensitive and unacceptable, given the pain and grief the family had experienced.

When news of singer Rema donating N105 million to a Christ Embassy church in Benin circulated, Ossai expressed disappointment at how Rema had donated without giving his life to God. He stated that his efforts will be spiritually futile if he hasn’t surrendered his life to God.

Earlier this year, Ossai had slammed Ini Edo after she attended a party in Ghana, one day after her father’s burial. Ossai expressed disappointment in her, as he described her action as the wrong way of mourning the dead.

When 2baba announced his separation from Annie, the Governor’s aide slammed him over his insensitive post. He stated that the singer should have waited for a more opportune time before announcing their separation.
