Kanye West has allegedly made his wife, Bianca Censori, his official power of attorney, handing over serious control.
According to court docs obtained by InTouch Weekly, Ye’s former employee Benjamin Provo, who sued the rapper and his company for discrimination and wrongful termination, revealed the bombshell while trying to get key documents from the Yeezy camp.
Provo claims he’s been hitting a wall getting records from Ye and his legal team. During the legal tug-of-war, Ye reportedly told Provo’s side that Bianca, 30, now acts as his agent, backed by a document called the “Designation of Agency.”
“Confidential in nature and shall not be used, disclosed, or disseminated for any purpose outside of this proceeding, except as expressly permitted by law or further order of the Court. Responding Party reserves all rights to seek further protective measures if necessary to prevent misuse or improper disclosure,” the document submitted by Ye’s attorney reads, warning that they’ll take more legal steps if needed to keep it sealed.
It is not yet clear what kind of decisions Bianca can make under the arrangement, but with power of attorney in play, she could call the shots in both Ye’s business and personal life.
