Bianca Ojukwu is one of the new ministers appointed by President Bola Tinubu when he reshuffled his cabinet in October. Though she was not a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), the late Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu’s widow was appointed as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
