“Big flex to have an underdog who can comprehend” – Regina Daniels brags as sister, Destiny Daniels defends her against Laila Charani

A big flex to have an underdog wey sabi comprehend Regina Daniels reacts as sister Destiny slams Lai

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has reacted to her younger sister, Destiny Daniels, defending her against her former co-wife, Laila Charani.

Kemi Filani reported that during Regina’s fight with Ned, she claimed that she took care of Laila’s feeding and funded many things. She revealed that she had tried to reason with Laila, but found her to be senseless and evil. She claimed that Laila told Ned that she might molest their daughters, and he listened and believed.

Reacting to her claims in a lengthy post on her Instagram page, Laila questioned how Regina can claim she gave her money. She claimed that the reason Regina is fighting her husband is that he wants her to stop her drug and alcohol addiction. She alleged that she almost lost her marriage when she introduced her to drugs 6 years ago, and it was Ned who rescued her from that dark part.

Defending her sister, Destiny mocked Laila for saying that Ned didn’t fight for her like this when she left him years ago. She questioned how Daniels could have introduced her to drugs six years ago, especially when she was just 18. Calling Laila a foolish woman and a drug addīct, she told her to tell her husband to compose a better speech for her.

Reposting her sister’s statement on her Instagram story, she said it is a big flex to have an underdog who can comprehend what Laila wrote.

“Allah!! Big flex to get underdog wey sabi comprehend wetin she write”.

Recall that following accusations of domestic violence abuse from Regina, Ned, in a public statement, had attributed the tension to what he described as her “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse.” According to Nwoko, his efforts to help his wife seek professional treatment are always resisted. The senator further alleged that Regina had engaged in violent behaviour at home, claiming she assaulted three domestic staff and destroyed property.

In another public statement, he alleged that Regina’s siblings and her Uche Montana, defied his instructions to rehabilitate Regina. He said they would come to the house uninvited, sometimes forcing their way in, and would bring her the same drugs she was being treated for.

While responding to him, Regina pointed out the irony in which Ned wanted her to go to rehab, when in reality, he was the one cheering on her to get high, because it made her sexier, wild and romantic. She told him to tell the world how he always forced himself on her, lock her up, seize her phones, and suddenly declare her mentally unstable the moment she says she no longer wants to be in the relationship.

In another post, she admitted that she did drugs because it was what her husband wanted. She questioned when she married Ned at 17, if she was on drugs.

Defending her, Doris said that Regina was clearly defending herself and doesn’t do drugs. She said the drug narrative is a blackmail to bring her back to an abusive and toxīc marriage. She emphasised that Daniels didn’t admit to doing drugs, and the narrative is a clear case of obsession and forced marriage.
