Blac Chyna has announced that her engagement to Florida rapper Derrick Milano has come to an end.
“After much prayer and reflection, Derrick and I have decided to call off the engagement,” she wrote via Instagram Stories.
“We love each other deeply and are good friends, but we both believe that God’s guidance has shown us that this is the right path for both of us, as we each continue our journeys. May we find peace and fulfillment in His divine will, trusting that His plan is greater than our own.”
Milano also shared the same statement on his social media.
Milano is best known for co-writing mainstream hits, including Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé’s “Savage Remix.” He won a Grammy for Best Rap Song at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards for his work.
After going official in September 2023, Milano proposed to Chyn on October 18, 2024, serenading her with Mario’s “Let Me Love You” in public at Howard University’s Yard Fest.
