Milagro Gramz, the blogger accused of defaming Megan Thee Stallion, spent a full day in federal court Tuesday, walking jurors through her years of commentary on the 2020 shooting and Tory Lanez’s subsequent conviction.

Milagro told Megan’s attorney that if she ever became convinced Lanez truly pulled the trigger, she would “bow down and apologize.”

Questioning from Megan’s lawyer, John O’Sullivan, focused heavily on Milagro’s ties to Lanez and his father, Sonstar Peterson. Milagro confirmed she once spoke with both men on a call but said only Sonstar discussed the incident and even then, she testified, he avoided “anything that got to the weapon.”

She also claimed that she had no firsthand knowledge of the shooting and relied on information she heard from others,” according to Legal Affairs and Trials with Meghann Cuniff.

Jurors heard audio clips of Milagro fiercely defending Lanez, including a recording where she said she’d want to “fight him” if he had misled her. O’Sullivan asked how she would respond if she learned conclusively that the jury got it right. “I would feel terrible,” she replied, her voice shaking. “If it was shown to me 100 percent, all I could do is bow down and apologize.”

Milagro noted that she never denied Megan was injured and that her doubt came from her upbringing and her belief that “not everyone is guilty” just because they’re charged.

She also pointed to inconsistencies she believes existed in accounts from Megan and key witnesses.

Milagro faces claims of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and promotion of a digitally altered sexual depiction.
