Blueface could be kissing goodbye to his music royalties after a woman was awarded a $125,000 default judgment in a defamation suit against him.
To satisfy the judgment, her attorneys ask a judge to transfer royalties from two companies to carry out the order, as he has allegedly been ignoring the judgment.
Jackilyn Martinez, who shares a child with rapper Soulja Boy, said the rapper defamed her and her reputation when he posted on social media that he could be the father of her two-year-old son.
“What’s old about your BM sucking my d–k? N-gga, I f–ked your baby mama the day before your baby shower,” he said at the time.
In her filing, Martinez claimed “the defamatory statements tended to directly injure and impugn [Martinez], with respect to [her] offices, professions, trades, vocational capacity, businesses and reputation,” adding that she works in a “business where attitude, trust, stability, being level-headed were not only valued but imperative.”
Martinez revealed she has not been intimate with the rapper since 2018. Blueface has not responded to the lawsuit.
