ADC

ADC has released the full Llst of State Chairmen across Nigeria and addressed Akwa Ibom membership issue.

NaijaOnPoint Nigeria reports that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) on Wednesday published the names of its state chairmen across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as part of its ongoing nationwide structural update.

The announcement was made by the party’s National Secretariat via its official social media channels.

According to the statement, each state and the FCT now has a designated chairman to coordinate party affairs at the state level, with representatives drawn from all six geopolitical zones. The update aims to strengthen the party’s grassroots organization and enhance its nationwide reach ahead of future political activities.

In the announcement, the party also addressed a developing situation in Akwa Ibom State, where it was discovered that some individuals had obtained ADC membership cards without proper authorization or endorsement.

To resolve the issue, the party directed all affected members in Akwa Ibom to visit the state party office in Uyo to have their membership cards officially stamped and signed by the recognized state chairman. Members are also expected to ensure their names are recorded in the official party register to confirm their status.
