The Service explained that applicants should log in using their National Identification Number (NIN) to confirm the correctness of their registered email addresses and make necessary updates.

The Nigeria Customs Service emphasized that email will now serve as the only official communication channel with shortlisted candidates. It warned that no correspondence will be conducted through unofficial platforms or social media.

NCS further disclosed that the next phase of the exercise will be the Computer-Based Test (CBT), with details to be sent to applicants through verified email addresses.

The Service stated that only candidates with verified emails will receive instructions, access links, and login credentials for the test.

Customs also cautioned that those who fail to update or verify their email addresses risk missing vital information required for participation.

In its statement, the Nigeria Customs Service warned applicants against fraud, stressing that it does not demand or accept payment for recruitment. It urged candidates to disregard fraudulent messages circulating online.

The Service advised applicants needing technical support on email updates or portal access to reach out via its official helpdesk channels.

The Nigeria Customs Service encouraged the public to visit www.customs.gov.ng for more information on the recruitment exercise.
