President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday met with Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, alongside the governor’s elder brother, Chief Adedeji Adeleke, and Afrobeats star, David Adeleke (Davido), at his residence in Lagos.
This was disclosed in a post by the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, via his official Facebook page.
The brief but high-profile meeting marks a significant moment as it brings together key figures from both the political and entertainment spheres.
While details of the discussion have not been officially released, the presence of Governor Adeleke and members of the influential Adeleke family at the private residence of the President is seen by observers as a strategic and symbolic engagement.
The visit comes amid ongoing national conversations about unity, governance, and youth engagement, issues the Adeleke family has been prominently associated with through politics, philanthropy, and music.
Photos from the meeting have since gone viral, sparking mixed reactions online and fueling speculation about possible collaborations or discussions on national interest.
Governor Ademola Adeleke, a member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has maintained a cordial relationship with figures across political divides, while Davido remains one of Nigeria’s most globally recognized musical exports.
As of press time, neither the Presidency nor the Osun State Government has released an official statement regarding the outcome of the visit.
