WATCH THE VIDEO HERE The Supreme Court has thrown out a lawsuit filed by several state Attorneys General challenging the constitutionality of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The lawsuit, which was dismissed due to lack of merit, had sought to question the legitimacy of the EFCC Act.
