The Investigating Officer, ASP Oladunjoye Segun, told Justice Akinniyi Akintola that the first defendant, Adekunle Mohammed, had allegedly confessed to killing and dismembering five victims, selling their parts to buyers in Ibadan.
The call led detectives to Ologuneru, where Muniru Salaudeen was arrested while attempting to collect the organ. Other suspects, including Rashidat “Iya Ewe” Akanji, Ismail Olalekan and Sanmi Obaleye, were later linked through market transactions. The case resumes February 6.
