The divorce was not finalized until three years later. Kevin and his wife moved to Hawaii after Britney agreed he could move there with their sons last August. “Kevin tries to minimize media access to them wherever possible when they’re out,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said at the time. “I think Kevin tries to give them a realistic expectation of what’s always going to be out there.
