Nigerian rapper Olamide has spoken on his bond with fellow music stars Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Naijaonpoint reports that the YBNL boss revealed in an interview with Adesope Live, that the three are his friends, describing them as playful and sometimes difficult to keep up with.
He explained that while they share a good relationship, they do not always agree on everything, which he believes is normal.
He said: “Wizkid, Davido and Burna boy are all my friends, they are just too troublesome. They are cool dudes; it’s just that sometimes many can’t align on so many things and that’s fine.”
Olamide also addressed conversations about the so-called “Big 3” ranking in Afrobeats, a list that usually places Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy at the top.
He made it clear that he is not concerned about being left out of such classifications, noting that his main focus remains on creating music for his fans.
In other news, Nigerian singer Stanley Omah Didia, also known as Omah Lay, has sparked worry among fans after admitting that he is once again struggling with depression.
The 28-year-old Rivers-born singer revealed this on Monday night in a post on Snapchat.
The Reason crooner poured out his frustrations, linking his current state to past recording contracts and experiences in the music industry.
