WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Cardi B is calling out Candace Owens after he insensitive remarks about Sonya Massey, a Black woman who was fatally shot in her own home after calling the police for help. The bodycam video was released last week showing that even after the killing, the officer is heard saying “This f-cking bitch is crazy.” Candace Owens slams Joe Biden, and says fatal shooting of Sonya Massey by Sheriff’s Deputy Sean Grayson was not race-related. “(Unarmed) white Americans are more likely to be shot and killed than Black Americans.”pic.twitter.com/ufXnfgm4jj — Kollege Kidd (@KollegeKidd) July 24, 2024 Candace Owens does not believe the shooting was racially motivated, saying: “Police officers are human beings, there are mistakes that happen. The idea that now you’re going to use this situation … To then try to make Black Americans believe that this happened simply because she was Black, is pointedly ridiculous.” Cardi addressed Candace Owen’s remarks on Space. “For you to sit here and say that ‘Oh not everything is racial. I know that this is sad, but this is not something racial. There’s more white people that get killed by the cops,”” she said before adding that Owens should “shut up.”
She continued: “You don’t feel one little bit of empathy, a little bit of sympathy of how this woman died? There was no argument, there was no conflict, there was no raised voice, and she got shot. He knew in the back of his head because she was a Black woman that he was going to get away with it. Not only did he think that, but the department thought that because they didn’t tell her son or her father that a cop shot her.” Sean Grayson was fired from his job and was indicted on three counts of first-degree murder and one count each of aggravated battery with a firearm and official misconduct.
