Cardi B’s boyfriend, NFL star Stefon Diggs, is facing allegations that he welcomed a baby girl with another woman earlier this year.
According to court documents, model Aileen Lopera, known as Lord Gisselle on Instagram, accuses the New England Patriots wide receiver of fathering her daughter, who was born this past April. Lopera initially filed papers in December 2024, while still pregnant, seeking to establish paternity.
“Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Diggs’] unborn child,” the filing stated. At the time, Lopera asked for legal and physical custody of the baby, while granting Diggs visitation rights.
Diggs responded by contesting paternity and requesting genetic testing.
In his filing, he wrote that if he is confirmed as the father, he wants joint legal and physical custody, along with shared payment of “reasonable expenses” related to the pregnancy, birth, and attorney fees.
The documents also revealed that Lopera named the child Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, giving her the NFL player’s last name.
The revelation comes just a day after Cardi B announced she’s pregnant with her fourth child, her first with Diggs, and that the baby is due before her tour kicks off in February.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi said in a pre-taped interview with Gayle King for CBS Mornings.
Cardi and Diggs were first linked in October 2024 and made their public debut as a couple in May 2025 at a Boston Celtics vs. New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.
