Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville may be called to testify in Denise Richards’ divorce from Aaron Phypers, according to new court filings.
Phypers’ attorney submitted a witness list that included Sheen, 60, and Glanville, 52, ahead of a hearing set for Oct. 6–8. The filing states their testimony could concentrate on Richards’ “history of not being truthful” as well as alleged drug and alcohol use.
Also listed as potential witnesses are three members of Phypers’ family, Richards’ father, and Richards herself.
Richards, 54, was married to Sheen from 2002 to 2006, and the former couple shares two daughters, Lola, 20, and Sami, 21. The pair recently appeared together at the Los Angeles premiere of Sheen’s Netflix documentary, suggesting they remain on amicable terms.
Glanville and Richards both starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In 2020, Glanville alleged she had an affair with Richards, a claim Richards has consistently denied.
Richards and Phypers married in 2018. Phypers filed for divorce on July 7, citing “irreconcilable differences” and alleging Richards had been unfaithful. Richards, in turn, accused Phypers of domestic violence and was granted a temporary restraining order. Phypers has denied those claims as “false and deeply hurtful.”
Richards now alleges Phypers violated her restraining order and is requesting the return of her laptop. Phypers disputes any wrongdoing.
