Chelsea, West Ham United, along with other top European clubs are interested in securing the signature of Kwara Football Academy star Abduljelil Kamaldeen…
Kwara Football Academy (KFA) has denied reports circulating in some sections of the media that Flying Eagles midfielder, Abduljelil Kamaldeen, has signed for Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht, Soccernet.ng reports.
Rumours emerged earlier this week claiming that the 16-year-old had agreed terms with Anderlecht following his impressive displays for the Nigeria youth team.
However, the Kwara-based club have moved swiftly to dismiss the claims, and insist that the talented youngster remains in Nigeria.

Speaking exclusively to Soccernet.ng, the KFA media officer revealed the English Premier League giants are in talks with his representatives, and news on the player will be made public soon.
“Not true. He’s back in Nigeria. Chelsea is in talks with his representative. News will unfold soon.”

Kamaldeen, who featured for Nigeria during their 4-nil defeat against Argentina, has attracted significant attention from top European clubs following his standout performances in Chile.

Chelsea & Other Clubs Eyeing Kamaldeen
Chelsea, West Ham, and Royal Antwerp are among the teams monitoring his situation, with the Blues reportedly leading the race.
Sources close to KFA confirmed that discussions are ongoing regarding a scholarship proposal that would allow Kamaldeen to continue both his education and football development abroad, rather than an immediate professional transfer, given that he is still a minor.

While speculation continues, KFA maintains that any deal involving Kamaldeen will prioritise his long-term growth, both on and off the pitch.
