Lil Durk will be fighting the murder-for-hire charges against him and has pleaded not guilty in front of a judge.

The Chicago rapper, real name Durk Banks, entered the plea at his arraignment in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles Thursday afternoon.

The feds say the rapper hired members of his OTF crew to travel to Los Angeles and kill one of their opps, Quando Rondo.

The shooters missed Rondo but fatally shot his cousin, Lul Pab.

“Banks would place bounties on individuals that he and other OTF members wanted to kill, including [Bowman],” prosecutors allege. “As part of the bounty, co-conspirators known and unknown … would pay anyone who took part in the killing of [Bowman] and/or reward individuals with lucrative music opportunities with OTF.”

The “All My Life” rapper is facing charges of one count of conspiracy, one count of use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and one count of using, carrying, and discharging firearms and a machine gun and possession of such firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death.

If convicted, he could be facing a life prison sentence.

Durk’s trial date has been scheduled for Jan. 7.
