WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Chrisean Rock opened up about some of the criticism she’s been receiving about her parenting. Chrisean Rock’s son, Chrisean Malone Jr, was born on September 3, 2023. During her pregnancy, the reality star was reportedly seen drinking and smoking regularly, and some fans have speculated that he now suffers from fetal alcohol syndrome. Rock broke down in tears when speaking about the allegations on The Tony Danza Project. “He’s great. He’s growing,” she shared. “I’ve been keeping him off the internet on purpose. I mean, I show him, but I don’t know. I just like to prove everybody wrong.”
She was then asked about the rumors, “There’s nothing wrong with my son,” she responded. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASDs) are a group of conditions that can affect individuals who were exposed to alcohol before birth. These lifelong challenges may include physical differences and learning and behavioral difficulties.
The CDC notes that signs of FASDs can include a smaller head size, a short nose, narrow eye openings, a less developed chin, and a flat midface, among other symptoms.
