Claressa Shields is doubling down on her belief that she stands alone in women’s boxing and she is willing to put serious money behind it. During a recent appearance on MRECK TV’s Let The Sparkz Fly, the undefeated champion told host David “Flat” Sparks that she would wager $100,000 that no woman alive can beat her in the ring.

“Mondays I start off strong. I go for a run,” she said, detailing a routine that includes long gym sessions, bag work, shadowboxing, and conditioning. When it comes to sparring, Shields keeps the bar high. “I spar twice a week,” she explained, adding that she works with “three or four different sparring partners, all men.”

Shields has traded words with retired boxing champion Laila Ali publicly for years, with Ali questioning Shields’ hype and Shields firing back that Ali “never fought nobody” at her level. Shields has repeatedly said she respects Ali’s legacy but believes the era comparison is unfair and outdated.

On the show, Shields made it clear the $100,000 offer is not about trash talk. “They all want to comment, but they don’t want to send their information,” she said of would-be challengers online. Her message was blunt and familiar. “I had to work to get to where I am,” Shields said. “They got to work to get to me.”
