Nigerian comedian Princess has cried out to Nigerian clergymen over her single status.
In a video posted on her Instagram page, she appealed to Pastor Jerry Eze, Apostle Selman, Bolaji Idowu, Femi Lazarus, and others to connect her with a suitable partner from their churches.
In a candid video, she shared that she is single and divorced, and after years of praying, fasting, and healing, she feels ready to take real steps towards marriage.
She appealed to the pastors to back prayers with action by recommending kind, responsible men in their 40s or early 50s who are serious about commitment.
Princess also made it clear she won’t be shamed for speaking openly about wanting love and companionship, saying her message comes from a place of honesty, faith, and readiness to love again.
“Nigerian Pastors like Jerry Eze, Bolaji Idowu, Femi Lazarus, etc, always preach that we should pray, fast and back it up with action.
I have prayed, and now I am taking action by speaking out. I need a kind and responsible man to marry. I am tired. I must be married in 2026
If you have good men in your church who are in their 40s or 50s, please send their handles to my DM. They can be widowers or divorcees but not separated. If you have me in your life, it is a blessing. As I have spoken out now in January, I expect to be engaged by September. If you mock me, God will judge you”.
Unlike, Princess, Actress, Anita Joseph, who recently separated from her husband of over 5 years, issued a statement, saying she is single and not looking for a partner. She noted that guys have been bombarding her with calls. Anita noted how 8 years and 11 days with her husband isn’t 8 months and said she needs her head cleared.
