Country megastar Garth Brooks has been accused of sexual assault and battery in a shocking new lawsuit.
Jane Roe says she was employed as a hair and makeup artist and that in May 2019 she flew Brooks to Los Angeles to tape a Grammy tribute performance to Sam Moore.
When they arrived at the hotel, she was “shocked” when she was told she did not have her own room and that she had to share with Brooks.
Roe alleges Brooks repeatedly exposed his genitals and buttocks, talking about sex and sharing sexual fantasies with Roe. He would change his clothing in front of her and even send her graphic text messages.
The complaint also notes Brooks “repeated remarks” about “having a threesome” with his wife.
In her lawsuit, she also alleges the singer even tried to file legal documents to silence her.
Brooks has previously denied the claims through his representatives but has not addressed the allegations himself.
